General Information (pvc-u products)

PVC-U profiles are extruded by Synseal to BS 7413 from impact modified 100% virgin poly-vinyl chloride (unplasticised).

All windows and doors are manufactured by Southern Glass Windows & Conservatories Ltd under an independently audited quality system BS EN ISO 9001 (formerly BS 5750) to which Southern Glass Windows & Conservatories Ltd is officially accredited Cert. No. 632/94.

All frame sections including transforms, mullions and all casements and fanlights are reinforced with continuous aluminium or steel sections.

Double glazing units are constructed from Pilkingtons® glass hermetically sealed by a 'hot melt process' and have been independently tested to BS EN 1279.

Glazing to all windows, doors and conservatories is in compliance with BS 6202/BS 6262. Door locks exceed all minimum requirements laid down by the Association of British Insurers.
